Great villa with big pool out back. Was clean and if there was a problem (e.g air conditioning not working) was resolved quickly. Helped us sort out excursions, went the extra mile to ensure we got to see what we wanted, amending schedules to suit us accordingly. Golf cart service picking us up to take us too and from each of the two restaurants All staff were fantastic The massage was epic

Beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the view from my villa. Spacious and perfectly organized facilities. Breakfast buffet near the beach was very good. Walking in the fantastic garden with a lots of tropical trees along the beach side after the breakfast was really good. The beach just right beside the garden was so clean that I had lots of fun in the beach. Easy access to the restaurants with good local food and the "Fresh Market" within at most 10 minute walk.

The villa was super spacious & very comfortable for a family. The resort is on the beach and Sengiggi is a great location to base yourself to explore Lombok & the Gilli's.

The pool villa is quite a huge size, with 2 walk-in wardrobes and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. There is a master bedroom upstairs and 2 single bed downstairs. The pictures don't do justice - the room is bigger than what we expected. Huge plus point is the easy access to the pool - kids love it! There are marts and a very good coffee shop in walking distance to the resort.

The Villas are all nicely located near a 100 m pool loop. They are fully equipped. There is a nice garden/park around the facilities with a 1.5 km path. The garden is maintained really well. You can watch the sunset near the Italien restaurant with a nice cool drink.

Each pool villa has direct access to pool (lazy river) which is amazing. The villa it self even for 5 people is huge. People are amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was very good and lots of different foods to eat.

The room was amazing. We stayed in the club part which was a two storey bungalow with walk in lazy river. Absolutely gorgeous and perfect. On the day we left our boat to the Nusa islands was delayed by 4 hours and the hotel let us check back into our room so we didn’t have to wait on the jetty which was so so generous
